According to the Saab MY06 9-3 Manual, Technical data section, is hydraulic oil specification for the power steering CHF 11S or CHF 202 and for the soft top CHF 11S (only). Yes CHF 11S is the spec fluid but CHF 202 is completely compatible, the viscosity is just slightly different.
