I have Bitlocker turned on for many laptops at work and for most the laptops after the set up I was able to save the bitlocker recovery key and also the TPM password to a thumb drive in a text file.

I lost my phone which had outlook IOS . I changed my hotmail password from computer so that I though IOS will be disconnected from my hotmail account. I tested with my ipad which also has outlook IOS. For hotmail account I can still see receive and send emails even though I didn't enter a new pass word to this one.

Upon seeing this, I've immediately logged into my Microsoft account on a different device and have changed my password. I've also run a virus scan on the original device and all good. Phew! I believe that my account is safe, but I'm naturally concerned as to how this has come about, or even how it has happened.
