A fire at the Valero refinery in Ardmore killed one worker, injured four, prompting a planned lawsuit over possible safety violations.

ARDMORE, Okla. — An Oklahoma man who suffered serious burns in a refinery fire has died. The family of Jesse Biscamp says he died after the incident at the Valero Ardmore facility last Monday. It was reported Biscamp suffered third-degree burns over his entire body.

At least four of the lawsuits, including three filed in state District Court in San Antonio, are each seeking at least $1 million in damages.
