After almost 6 years of sourdough I finally tried the double caddy clasp shaping method and I’m not sure I’ll go back! 🌾👏🏻 A short explanation: with your preshaped dough, use a bench scraper to flip over your dough. Using BOTH hands at the same time, connect east&west/left&right sides of dough together in the middle. You’ll need to be gentle yet firm!
