i know it can be so so so incredibly difficult but moving doesn’t have to always be a huge thing ! take a shower, take a quick walk around the block, call a friend, cook or bake, rearrange your closet, write a journal entry, put on your fav song and dance in your room, do some crafting, take a trip to the store and browse, go shopping, go swimming at your local pool if you don’t have your own pool, clean your room, ride a bike, go hiking, try on random clothes you have to make outfits, practice
